It’s hard to believe we began our Inventure journey based in WeWork’s first office in NYC’s SoHo. We sat above a subway station and our coffee mugs trembled when the trains passed underneath! I’m happy to say - as a UCLA grad and avid surfer and runner - that we’re now settled back in LA.
Over the last 5/6 years, we’ve been privileged to collaborate with some of the most influential players in the green energy industry and we’ve won their trust by consistently delivering superb candidates on short timescales. My job is to ensure we have a great culture, dynamic people, cutting-edge technology, and reliable delivery systems so that we continue to exceed client expectations and grow the business profitably. I'm particularly passionate about training and developing young talent, fostering their growth through mentorship and our dedicated Inventure Academy program.
